I'm curious about the optical components in this sled. I've taken a photo and numbered key optical components and what I think they are and how they function. Any input is welcome....
1. 405nm laser diode
2. 650/780nm laser diodes
3. Waveplate,collimation optics, diffraction grating?
4. Polarising beam splitter cube used to combine LD beams
5. Mirror (50%R at 405/650/780nm) which send 50% of light to final mirror before the objective lens. Transmits 50% return light?
6. Final mirror, broadband or specific to 405/650/780nm probably
7. The objective lens, f~+2mm : after optic 6 is a lens (plastic, AR coated, f=+25mm), then an LCD with electrical connects and then another flat/window optic - perhaps a 1/4 wave-plate.
8. Some sort of light collection optic- definitely a lens in there - plastic?
