Whitelight Pic

Still somewhat stuck in my house due to the -11F weather, and good amount of snow and I've seen a number of posts with whitelight shots, so here's one of mine. I plan to do another with my argon and SP-127, but that'll be a treat for another time....cheers! :beer:

from top to bottom is the trustfire A8 flashlight body, with a PL520 in it, a CNI PGL-III-C 671, and a osram 450nm in a silver leadlight in my hand.

Any idea where I can get one cheaper?

Nope it's a small but hefty host. I bought 3, and they were all in the neighborhood of 30-50 bucks. Cajun lasers had them for a limited time with a custom heatsink. They're made of aircraft aluminum, so they're pretty tough and very thermally stable. It's nice for lasers that run hot. Though in the case of this green, it just is for looks mostly. But it does allow me to run it without overheating it
