It almost looks like you are seeing the laser mirrors and I have often wondered if that is what it is. It is tiny, but when you see it you will know the laser is focused best for burning. It will not hurt your eyes as long as you are wearing the goggles.
It is a very cool thing to behold indeed. It looks bright white when you get it just right. ;)
