random poster reacting to blu-ray

some random guy ran up to me the other day and gave me this poster (I guess to him I looked like a hippie or something)
anyways it seems to react to my blu-ray when I shine it on there, it's not very clear in the video but whatever color the laser hits, the dot turns that color ;D

lol it was kinda creepy though, I was just walking across the parking lot and this random guy just ran up and yelled PEACE DUDE IT'S ALL WE HAVE LEFT TO BELIEVE IN and then ran away that was kinda creepy...I almost considered cutting my hair short after that (goes down to my waist at the moment)

what drugs where I never said anything about drugs I assume you are talking about the crazy guy right :-?

thats a black light poster. i have a few of them. the whole poster illuminates really cool colors. if you dont have a black light. unfocus your laser to to a big blob to cover more sureface area, then shine it at the poster.

i'm surprised that you hadn't seen these before. i think they are pretty cool

I've seen them in clubs before but I never shined my blu-ray on one before I keep it right under my black light ;D

I'm sorry to hear...

I think I can help, though. I have had excellent luck with my blu-ray (don't get angry at me!) I didn't kill any diodes, and my laser sustained a 7-foot drop onto concrete as well as a re-soldering of the positive wire to the diode (a minor miracle!)

Anyway, I don't think it's really so much luck as a sturdy build. I ordered my diode from Drew, pre-mounted in an Aixiz module. It already had lead wires soldered onto it, and it was in great condition. Also, I think the major benefit for me was that I used this build:

It worked amazingly. I think a solid build really had everything to do with it. Jayrob is one of the most reliable members on this forum. Go with his build, and don’t give up yet!
