This is WAY off topic, but if you want to see some of the results of my photography ( I do mostly bird photography) see my portfolio at:

Moderator, if you want to pull this post, go ahead.

Nice pictures! Some are a little soft though. :)

Nice pictures, white balance is slightly off on one though.

Ok, Swift...If you came here for photography, go back to Lasercommunity where you and your buddies can whore out Canon. Or you can continue those HUGE ESSAYS YOU HAD TO WRITE TONIGHT!

I'm not sure what pic he was referring to, but white-balance is not always necessary. Nero's pics are probably some of the least white-balanced ones you will ever find, and yet they still look awesome (yes Proctor, admit it, Nero still has good pics even if he's a "canon whore" :D).

Actually, if I had a frosted glass desk and some Inovas, you'd think my pictures were good too.

Dude - CHILL

This IS a photography thread, after all - right ? C'mon - let's not start another battle that doesn't solve anything - it is completely un-needed.

Many of the pictures are not perfect. If you have not done it before, you would be surprised to know how hard it is to do bird photography, and how many pictures you have to take to get one that is even close to a keeper.

But after editing through as many as 300 photos a day, when you found one that is a keeper, it is a great moment.

Much of my interest in bird watching and bird photography has waned the last few years.

Indeed it is hard!

They move whenever you point a camera at them ;D
