I don't think Trump will end the campaign until the job is done, but he may ramp things up in time to get it done faster.

Stay safe friend.

Beams of light from street lamps and ice crystals in there air, some Auroras too.

More beams of light.

Different view of the city, some light beams and some Auroras.

Very nice photos, diachi. You don't seem to get much light pollution where you live as the stars are visible in the last photo. I enjoy photos of auroras, whether they are borealis or australis.

Thankfully, so long as you can get some longer exposures, stars will be surprisingly visible even in pretty light polluted areas! On a light pollution map, I live in the worst ranking of light pollution, the area of my city is almost entirely white. On a clear night though, stars are pretty visible to the naked eye. I got this maybe 20 second exposure photo of Orion from my front yard. My camera isn't very great in low light too!

Thanks Paul, and everyone else!

Small city (pop. ~18,000) in the middle of nowhere, nearest town bigger than ~100 people (Dettah) is 100km away and that's only something like ~2000 people. Makes for really low light pollution.

Don't need to go far to get perfect darkness - 20 minutes out on the highway is plenty, but even in town the light pollution isn't too bad. That last picture was taken on the ice road heading across Yellowknife Bay over to a small town called Dettah. I was only 1km or so town the road which is probably 10-15km long, so still really close to town.

Edit:
