I discovered that I could take super-magnified photos through my iPhone camera by holding my aixiz lens up to it... so I naturally took a picture of an LPC-826 diode :D

It came out pretty well, I could work on the lighting a bit though:

Not bad for a camera phone... where does the light come from? It looks rather noisy, perhaps it would be better if you could insert more light some way ;)

Yeah, it was just overhead light. I took the picture on my kitchen counter haha

I've taken photos with my iPhone plus aixis lens before and it works great.

I have a picture of a blown 445 diode on my phone, I'll see if I can post it.

Nice find bro! I've tried this with my own iphone and lens, and it makes pretty impressive images. I Just need to find a better way of attaching the lens to the phone withour falling off. :D

Wow, sorry. I completely forgot about this.

I was attempting to focus on those melted wires.
