Is a good way to get people to leave but I think they count on people to be either too lazy or not skilled enough to search out and download all of their images--so they make money doing it.

I really hope a class action lawsuit gets brought up against them. This forum as well as many other great forums, now have archives worth of barren posts bearing nothing but their desperate greedy ransom message.

As a replacement, how have people felt about imgur? I have used them to host on this site, but I don't know the politics of choosing an image hoster.

Photobucket are truly a bunch of assholes. I remember their site getting progressively worse over the years with more and more adds which would crash my browser if I didn't run addblock. Then they pulled the current bs which can only be described as holding the images hostage and hoping people will be desperate enough to pay. I hope they go out of business within a few years due to their shoddy behavior.

I think they originally allowed people to download all their photos into a .zip file, but I looked yesterday, and didn't see that option; I'll have to go back and re-check since it's so damn hard to even see anything with all those ads bombarding you constantly!
Yesterday would have even been better for those rotten sh!ts! :eg:
