This is my new test load. I was tired of hooking up a mess of alligator clip jumper wires so I built this. The driver gets hooked up to the two mini jumpers. The volt meter gets hooked up to the two wire nuts than you make your selection with the two toggle switches. so far it work great. :D

Looks nice and neat. However, don't you think you should have perhaps added an 8 diodes option for the 12x?

I can't afford a 12x right now:crackup:but when I can I will sell this test load and build another.

Very nice piece of Test Equipment...
You can always modify it when you need to...:gj:

@ MFO... yeah... and a 10 diode position when the 16X comes out..
and a....................:whistle::evil:

What does the V/mA switch do? I usually connect the driver to the red/blu-ray leads and measure across the resistor.

yes that is exactly what it does. the v/mA switch just switches between volts and mA, whatever you want to read.
