My DVD Lasers converted from LED flash lights. The green one is the first one I converted from a NOMA flash light, the silver is a Streamlight.

Hey Vince, You don't have the lenses in the flashlights, do you ? If you do - take them out ! Dr. Lava over on CPF, and some others on PhotonLexicon said that the reflections were killing the diodes early

Looking NICE ! {by the way !}
