Thanks man...I love researching and learning new things! P.S. I just ordered my new phr-803t with stickers and I just for the hell of it since its only $2.92 I ordered a 5mw red in an axis housing with driver...Ill make a cool little build out of that as well :D

Ok this is what a couple of you guys were saying I should do.....Do you think this is how I should keep it?

Ok well if i keep it like this, do you think i should add a heatsink onto the backside of it or do you think that the box itself will act as the heatsink?

I would, Just to be safe. Then later you can put an even bigger diode in there! like a 12X!!!

Well I would prob buy one if you were to sell them like this! Would you sell it with all the parts except the diode?

Such as the fan and switch? I would if you wanted it. Its just a matter of me not being too busy at work and then I could make some more.

Thanks man...Looks like I will be keeping it like this and adding a small heatsink to the rear-side of the diode
