Hey all,

Just finished up DE anodizing this guy and cant wait to polish it up tomorrow and put a laser in it. Iam going to put an LPC-826.:D or a 445nm laser I have not yet decided.:wave:

This is by far my favorite pen so far. Even before i DE anodized it it was my favorite.

IF you notch on the front and rear tail cap you can see Kinda like a grip area. Iam going to remove that on the next one iam going to do so then the host is completely smooth.:wave:

The cool thing about this host is that it is a Constant ON/OFF Host witch is my favorite for pen laser. However there is only 1 that i know of that has that feature and its that Cool one that Ra_Pierce makes into killer lasers.:wave:

calm down with that polishing machine, soon you will de-anodize everything in your house and turn it into a shining heaven :p

Thanks Guys.:) I love this thing. I cant stop looking at it. Its 2am right now and iam thinking about going to the work shop and polish it up wail the girl is sleeping.:eg:

Btw at 3.90 these pens arent a bad buy :p

No They dont.:( You Have to Modify the Aixiz Housing down in order for it to fit.

Nope the walls are to thin.

With a little patents you will be able to turn down the Aixiz Module to fit in there.

Heatsinking would suck in that thing :p

would work for a low powered build with a miniscule duty cycle

have some rep for making stuff shine :D

EDIT: I have to spread the love....I owe you a rep now :)

are these pens like 10mm thick or something like that?

Actually believe it or not its not that bad.

Its a pen. What can you expect from it or anything in this size host.

Your no going to put a 1W laser in this but a read laser would work great as i have one already in one and i get 1 minute on duty cycles just fine.:)

A 445nm would also work good at around 300-400mW. Possibly more. Have to test and see. Thats why i was not sure what to put in here.:cool:

Not Sure of the Inner diameter. I dont have the tool to measure this.

Doesn't even need to be turned on for burning, just use the suns reflection off the host :crackup:

Yeah, I bought these pens(like 4) when DJNY had the 20mW 635 group buy, I've been using them as flashlights ever since haha.

I have the same problem, shiny things are my acheles' heel :p

I cant wait to see what you end up turning. :)

Yea i bought 15 of these a couple months back because a few people asked me to make them some 685nm pens and i have about 8 left over.

They are Great little pens.:D
