Turned out great, very cool build.

Is this a part of a halloween costum?

Man thats so awesome!!! about how much did this project cost, just curious a ballpark number is fine :)

Noticed you lived in Il. whereabouts?

I live in Carol Stream :) How about yourself?

wow! but its truly amazing at what you've made and you will always remember when you accomplished this, must feel great to innovate something :)

Oh yeah, +1 rep  haha

It does feel good :) I appreciate the kind words very much :)

What would be a realistic price that you guys would pay for this device? I don't plan on selling, I'm just very curious.

Thanks!

^ thats weird? I thought i answered those questions it looks like i forgot?

Anyway, i might take this out on halloween, but i did not make this for halloween. And i dont really have a costume to put with it. I wanted to do iron man but the costumes are insanely expensive.

And i would range the price of this build between $350-$450. So its not too bad. But if i were to sell it, the price would go.up drastically. Simply because there is so much work to be done.

I dont mean to bring back an old thread, but i really want to know what you guys would honestly pay for this device if you decided that you wanted to purchase it.

Thank you,
Matt

To be honest it's pretty cool and I know you paid $350-$450 for the build but I wouldn't put up anything even close to $350. Personally I think you overpaid.

Okay. What about considering the labor? This took a long time and a lot of work to make. Would that increase your overall price?

Yes it would, and I'm just not in the market for one but watching the video again it does look pretty boss. If I was in the market for one I could see $350 being somewhat reasonable.

Looks like something I would expect to see in a big budget film. Hell sell it to Marvel for Avengers II. With the right exposure I could see ebay price hitting at least 600 imho

Seriousley, I agree. That thing would be great in a sci fi movie! You should email around different movie production company's. Can't hurt.

Yea I would at least attempt to patent your design or whatever since it is so unique.

I looted into that but it costs A LOT of money that I simply do not have for a patent. :undecided:
