This is the new laser I just got from lanling-tech, its rated as 150mw, it sure cuts tape fast with a focusing lens in the beam. the video is divx.

its a laser module from lanling-tech, his store is on ebay, and YES, it was the fastest ive EVER recieved anything from ebay! and the price is very good also!  I ordered it thursday, and had it monday! WOW! all the way from china.... Im impressed big time! :D :D :D :D I can burn tape without a lense all the way accross the room! now thats awesome! as soon as I get paid, I will get another laser from him, gotta try a red, or maybe a higher power green! Maybe ill save a few months and get a half watt green! :p

Whoaw that's awesome man, i'm considering off buying from langling tech myself. The price seems unbeatable. My cashflow situation should allow me to get one off these babies in a few weeks, i'll get the 100mw though.

I think its a lot better than a pointer. no batteries, and u can attach it a lot easyer.

Yeah, DPSS is thrown around a lot by sellers. The true DPSS reds are 671nm.

True, that laser is not DPSS. It is still one hell of a deal, even better than kaidomain, and it would not surprise me if it puts out well over 100mw's.. ;)
