I've finally completed my first Blu Ray MXDL host. I've used a fixed rckstr drive @ 150ma, and an 803T diode from AMK's 3rd GB. (I've had alot of luck extracting these diodes, I killed the last 3 I had from another GB very quickly but that's another story).
It's host is the 5W MXDL that uses 3x10440's and I've used 1 of Jayrob's heatsink. It's putting out 115mW atm, a number I'm happy with considering past results.
Here's some photo's and a link to a video. It can cut through white electrical tape, but it's hard to make a video cos of the flourescence.
