I'm green with envy!
The beams kinda remind me of that 'old rickety' 532nm Bill sent me.

Luckily this isn't competition, just regular fellows enjoying coherent photons.
-And way more fun than TV or video games ;)

Hahaha, so true Tero, way better than TV or video games buddy.
Yes, I agree, I know I've neglected the Genesis RGB build and I really want to get it finished.
Problem is I've got a new interest in drones now too and I'm trying to combine my hobbies.
I find though that I run out of time constantly with all the things I want to do.
I know, I've promised to finish it and I will.
I really just have to bite the bullet and get it done.
The next week or so my work load seems to be easing so hope to do it then.

I will look you up if I ever visit for sure, it would be a dream come true for me, I haven't had a holiday for over 20 years. :cryyy:

I totally woke up at like 2:30 AM when my heater stopped heating, and i was surprised to see one of the very few instances of fog we get in the area. The air is usually dry and pure enough to make a huge difference in beam visibility vs other places, so it was a rare chance. Grabbed the 6 lasers on my desk, and went out into the cold. Totally left my camera with the scopes in another building though:cryyy:

Photos didn't turn out great without a tripod or decent camera, but it was at least cool in person with that much beam visibility and the foggy landscape.

Here's what I caught with some quick S7 shots:

Anyway, room is warming back up, so I need to try to get back to sleep. :p

I wish I could have prepared more. If I just had the DSLR ready to go and the laser mount, it'd be a lot nicer. Hopefully there will be some more fog or snow soon so that I can get a much better view. The background of the photo would have been awesome if you could see it. :yabbem:

Those are the first daylight photos I remember you showing, ArcticDude. It is very nice to see these as apposed to the dusk/night photos you have shown in the past. Thanks. + rep

LoL, Rich, I've been doing real good lately no M@C, means I haven't spent much. Guess it's time to buy a drone. ;)

Your just in luck! I happen to have my Haz Mat license. Means I know how to properly dispose of "old rickety builds" that leak photons all over the place. I won't even charge you anything. I mean, you would have to pay shipping to get get it shipped to my house. But that not bad for proper disposal of such a dangerous unit. And you wouldn't even need to thank me. :D

hahaha, that's very good, I like that Bob.
And I can deliver it to you with my drone, deal?
Save on shipping and Clearing Customs, etc.

I'm so excited that you're considering a drone buddy, it's like I'm buying one myself, that's how excited I am for you.

@Rivem, wow, nice muti-beam shots.

Haha thanks guys. If it wasn't 3 AM, freezing, and I had more clothes at the time, I'd have my DSLR and more lasers taped to that porch railing.

Probably a few more weeks though. It's crystal clear tonight. Snow should bring fog

Fog does make some nice beamshots. And I know want you mean about the cold. I tried to get some shots but the cold chased me inside. :tinfoil:
But with the cold, should give us some longer run times which is nice for photographs. (when we're brave enough) :) Looking forward to your shots. Now if we could just get RB off his couch and to post some shots, life would be good. ( hint hint RB ). :D
