Hi all, I hope somebody will enjoy this beam shots.

Here I use almost two type of lasers:

2 X LOC @ 415mA - 250mW 650nm
1 X DPSS 532nm - 75~100mW

And, only one beam shot of my died 405nm laser.

So, let's start!

------------------------- cut here ---------------------------

Experiencing with a beam splitter:

A lot of fog (from burnt food  ) and standard diffraction gratting:

Here, the only 405nm beam shot I ever made (see I playing with the red :) )

Some special beams:

Pointing the green to a watertank at 1Km (see how is hard without a tripod! :( ):

Here, both green and red into the watertank at 1Km (see the tiny beams in the air :tinfoil: ):

I hope you enjoyed, I love taking these shots!

Almost all was taken with a DMC-FS3 at 30s of exposure.

:thanks:

Great shots!:) That's too bad about the 405nm though. What happened? How'd it die?

Awesome pictures, especially for a non-SLR camera. I really got to find a place like that where I can use my lasers outside. :D

I broke trying to refocus after let it drop, here is the link, now, I used the host to a handheld red laser (link in my signature).

The yellow laser doesn't worked as I planned! :shhh:

A terrible way for a laser to go:( but the recovery build you did was pretty good:beer:

Thank you! :yh:
A handheld red laser was a good idea, since all my 650nm are powered with a wall adapter supply instead of batteries. And, now, 405nm is very cheap. All I need is a better lens.

hahah no! I know that most persons will like it! I taken that shots at 2:00 am, not aimed to any persons or any window.

So, I'm very careful.

Nice looking beam shots! :) I can't believe I haven't seen this till today.
I also like your first red & green combined shot; it makes a pretty decent looking yellow dot! :D

Thanks! I like this yellow dot too! I tried making the yellow dot again, but isn't too easy.

Thanks! :thanks:

Here a fresh photo, viewing the beam outside the laser. Now, is a misty night as you can see, there's a hill in the background that doesn't appear, 150m away from my window, and, the beam can't reach the second street, you can see the beam disappearing in the air, too many water particles in the beam path!
