Hey guys. Well, I finally had the chance to take some beam shots for everyone. I wanted to contribute more to the forum. However, taking pictures of lasers is more difficult than I thought! I tried my best and hope they are ok. The units used were my Optotronics 150mw pen rated at 168mw. I used this one instead of my 178mw rated pen because this one seems to have a slightly thicker beam which is better for pictures I feel. The second unit used was my Dragonlasers 1W Spartan. The pictures were taken indoors at approximately 3 p.m. during the day. The blinds were closed and no smoke or fog was used. This distance from the camera to the projection point of the lasers is roughly 30 feet. Let me know what you guys think!!! Any feedback or tips are appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you very very much guys. I would have attempted these shots outdoors, but with the power of these units, I was afraid I would get distracted by my photography attempt and lose concentration on where exactly I was pointing the lasers. Definitely not a good thing. The wood seems fine, but believe it or not, on one of the longer times I had the spartan activated in the same spot, the wood actually became warm to touch. Crazy.

Very nice Pictures. I like Pictures #6, the one you have in your avatar the most. You have a Really Good Camera. The Pictures are extremely Crisp and clean and the beams are beautiful.

Iam a Beam type of guy rather then burning so looking at beams are one of my favorite part about using laser.:)

I use my laser almost every night outside to view the beams and Fog up my house a little to view the beams.

Thank you for the compliments. I used a canon powershot A540 which I recently got working again. 6 megapixels. I just turned the ISO up a tad to capture the beams better. I'm definitely a beam guy too. Love it. That picture is my favorite too. Crossing laser beams seems to just have that awesome factor lol.
