Use Paint. Open it in paint, click resize, then pixels, and change the larger number to 600, and click OK. Then save.

Im working on turning a razor knife that has an l.e.d in it into a razer with a burning laser in it. I havent decided on what type of diode to use phr,6x,10x,12x??? But that is my next project. I really want to build an underwater one that goes deeper than 5 meters. I like your first choice in picks for your laser.

It is a folding razor knife.If i had a pic i would put it up. But it will be an interesting build. Maybe I can use it for a survival tool, knife,fire starter,signal...who knows..
