So i wanted to just show my current green lasers.
the 532nm is a dx 200mW module that meters at about 120mW. The 520nm is a recent build that I am currently having tailcap issues with but thats another ordeal. It metered at a peak of 175mW! so they are pretty close to the same power levels. I also added a couple lens pictures to get a better idea of it.
The 520 is more of a teal color compared to 532, but without them next to each other its pretty hard to tell the difference! I know theres already a bunch of comparison shots, but screw it.
so heres the pics

Here's a random shot of the 520nm! Also my newish longboard. You can see my Nintendo build in the right-upper backround. Also my 75 gal tank. You could say I have a few hobbies!

The more comparison shots the better :)

Alex! Your an awesome long term member! I gotta ask.. Why dont you build? I have seen you spend alot of money on 5mW pens of exotic WL! I blow most my extra money on laser parts!

Hey fenny, thanks means a lot!

I honestly don't know why....I like my lasers to be exactly one way if that makes any sense?!?! I really love CNI's PGL host and don't mind the higher prices. I don't really have much of a social life, just hang around at home so I have extra money for my hobby, although I'll need to take a break once I get a car in August ;)

Lol, got it! I have $3000 saved up right now, which is really tempting to not spend on lasers but I know priorities before hobbies. I should $5000 by August which should allow me to get a decent car :) Im sticking with my mom for now so I'll start off on my own with at least a good vehicle which is smart!

Next, I'll save up bit by bit to get new PGL's in the family!

Practice, practice, practice :can: With time you'd see different green laser diodes shades.

Can easily see the difference in your pics. I like the 520nm better as most seem to once you personally own and can see them side by side.

It plays with your eyes a little bit. If i hadnt seen both colors in awhile and someone turned a random one on and asked me which is which.. It would probably take me a sec! The first 520nm i built was almost disapointing at first! Up until I shined them together did i see the difference! Between blowing glass, welding, and lasers(yes im very careful) i can have a hard time with obscure WL!

Thanks for the pics.
Personally, I like 532nm just a little bit better than 520nm. They both are nice though.
My favorite WL are 593.5nm and 473nm
