Ok, I got my Meter today. I think I'll be sending this into Optotronics tomorrow for repairs. The pic is kinda big, so just click the link:

I graphed it again, in colder weather, and it made a big difference. It seems these crystals might need a TEC to cool them. Graph in Original Post.

I got some new pics now that it's back from repairs:
