Please help out ,, thanks

Any galvos should work, you'll have to remove the aluminium plate the scanners are mounted to and drill holes for the different scan mount.

You'll also need to mount the new amp cards to a heat sink because the one for the amp inside the REKE wont be sufficient.

You also may need to replace the power supply inside the REKE as it may not provide enough Volts/Amps for the new scanners.

There's lots of room inside the REKE and it should be an easy job if you've got the patience. I've looked at upgrading it myself, but I've got to finish my other projector first :p

what is the difference between the single amp/driver board and dual,, first off is the amp same as a driver?

what is the test that could show if Tippi's REKE has only 5K scanners?

I think its a typo there are really 10K that will work OK at 15K. Like mine from same seller a month ago. Cheap chiina 20K are prolly actually 15K so the upgrade would mean little--IMO

if you do this Tippi--- I will take the old scanners off your hands...lol

drivers and amps(transformer) are two elemnets of a scanset- also included is the scanner block and scanners. X&Y.
some scansets come with unified dual drivers all built on one board some better ones come with actual two drivers. sometimes mounted side by side. Go to CNI and look at thier version of the Scanpros- also look into PTRs and DTs.

hope that helps

hak

my reke does great beams. as-is.

You want something like this

20Kpps HightSpeed Galvo Scanner (Special Offer) | eBay

The REKE already has a show card inside it, so you'll just need to put the galvo modulation onto that show card.

Also, those come with heat sinks that should work for a long duty cycle + a power supply to replace the one in the REKE.
