unkown laser show controller

I got this from my friend, he said it was an laser show controller but he didn't know anything more about it
it's called Scarabeus Plus and it must be more than 20 years old - there are lots of 74HCxxx and simillar ICs and 2 EPROMs
google didn't find anything useful, so has anyone some info about this?

I'd go for more than 20 years old, theres a TO5 IC in there! not seen one of those for over 25 years!

Electrofreak or andy_con should be able to help you with this.

I've been doing this since 1988 and I can barely ID that one. Go over to Laserfreak.de and join. Ask that question there, and you will get a answer. Its German or UK made style pcb, and never really made it to the states, and that is all I remember.
