Hey everybody, This is my first spirograph I've ever built. It's a completely rough project and I plan on building a nicer one later. There's only 1 motor with a variable resistor and the other is just hooked up directly to a 1.5V AA. The chip-like variable resistor I used was an old cell phone headset volume slider. Basically I build the whole thing out of stuff I had lying around. I did my best with what I had. What do you guys think?

Hey thanks for the +1 :thanks: To answer your questions no I didn't use a surface mirror. the mirrors I used were from a dollar store cheap-o flower mirror that my G.F. had, the mirror itself is actually plastic. To cut the sizes for the mirrors I used scissors to cut them down. Here are some pictures.

Both of the motor mirrors.

The big mirror that I cut the smaller mirrors from.

Yeah I plan on making a really good 3 motor spirograph soon but I need to get all the parts first. When I make it I'll post it on the forum. For right now though I'm completely out of money :p
