How to make your computer projector into a laser light show for a party.?

i've been trying to use a winamp plug-in laser light show on a computer projector for a party. is there a way to make the lasers more visible?? BTW i can't afford to buy a real laser projector

smoke, haze, vapour, dust, steam, anything particle in the air brings out the beamz!

What are you saying? Are you using a regular video projector to project a "laser show" and you're wondering how to make it brighter? Not much you can do there, mate.

He'll still see SOME beams, just not the way he might expect.

There is a free program floating around called "Beamer sound to light" its a vector graphics laser simulator for video projectors. Try searching google for it. Thats exactly what you need, not some winamp/itunes visualizer.

.....still not as good as the real thing.

at least you can crowd scan with that, without worrying about laser eye damage, and it doesnt need a variance
