help RGB laser scanner

hi ok ive built an audio controled galvo set (9v openloop) and circuitry done by me. now i want to build an rgb scanner any tips for a guy realy tight on money

o and here is a project controling a scanner by a nintendo wii.

you need:
red/green/blue lasers
two dichros
dichro mounts
mirrors
galvonometer set
digital to analog converter (DAC)
lasershow software to interface to the DAC
case to mount everything in
metal plate to mount the optics on

That's about it. I really can't think of anything else to add... that is really all you need. Plus hours of work and patience to align everything.

mliptack's goggles would be good for that. Multicoated OD 2+ 473, 532 and 635-650nm IIRC

One PS3 sled will give you enough splitter cubes (use as dichro's) and your blue (well nearly blue) LD.
You can combine the 3 as shown below.... I have done it, it works, you will need to underdrive your green to dim it as it will overpower the red and the blueray.

You will need 2 X Aixiz modules for the red and blueray and a green module from DX, you will need to build drivers to adjust the intensities of each colour.
