I'm new on this forum. I'm Kevin Broeren from the Netherlands and 26 years old.

We are busy with making a analogue 10 watt green laser projector with ilda connection and 30kpps scanners at 8 degrees and maximum angle of 60 degrees.
Lets start with the laser module itself. Its a brand new 50W 808nm laser diode bar / array DPSS as seen on the uploaded pictures! The plan is to convert the 808nm beam with 2 crystals: Nd:YVO4 and KTiOPO4. And additional there will be a IR filter at the end of the ride to filter the last pieces of IR light that has passed the crystals.
Next problem is the power supply / laser driver. We want a analogue driver for the laser module and we have these specs for the laser module:
Package: CCP Conduction Cooled Package (CS-Mount)
Output Power: 50W CW
Center Wavelength: 805+/-10nm
Slow Axis Divergence: <9 degrees (1/2)
Fast Axis Divergence: < 38 degrees (1/2)
Threshold Current: ~10A
Operating Current: ~50A
Max Current Allowed: 60A
Emitter Numbers: 5x100um
Emitter Pitch: 500um
Total Emitting Width: ~2.5mm
Total Emitting Width: 10mm
So this will be it for this time, when we get started with the project we keep you'll up to date with photo's!
