the fact that they even got back to you is kind of amazing. They are basically subtracting the shipping or feebay fee(both together should be more than ~$2) from your refund. I know it's a bummer when they seem to be keeping some of your money, in reality they aren't, their argument (which makes sense) is that that money was gobbled up by the EEbay beast, as a frequent seller i know its a b1@tch. Again the fact that you are getting any refund is awesome. Just chalk it up to experience with a new seller as well as a cautionary tale for other lpfers. Great full description of your trials and tribulations +1(i think LPF just wont let me rep, will when i can) when will feebay stop stealing all our munnies...

Shame they aren't 520-I have 2 of them that should be arriving soon. Hope they are easy to disassemble, I would rather have the module in a different host

You need to very patient in removing the cap, not to scratch, and not to break it.

I just took a test of the good stable laser that I have since put into the new host. It stays pretty solid at 40-45mW.

Oh, by the way my Radiant X4 came in the mail yesterday :D

I can always get the cap off, but the modules are always glued in like no ones business...

Good luck with that. They didn't send 3 out of 5 I paid for and ordered, which is 11.91 USD, and tried to offer me 9 USD because "they suffered loss too". *rolls eyes*.

They refunded 11.91. Their only offer on my mode hopping pen was to "keep it for free" rofl. Like oh, gee, thanks. I get to keep this janky pointer, hooray.

It was enough of a hassle getting the seller to refund the correct amount for the 3 pointers they didn't even ship in the first place.

I have a solid running green pointer and an 808nm burner for 7.94 USD. I'm not messing with opening a case, I'm fine lol.

I think we shouldn't buy from this seller again...I've been refunded in the past for defect items on crapbay and always received exactly the amount I had paid! ;)

Haha, something I'm sure we can all agree on!

Those 8.95 Icon Rogue 1s are a steal though and shipping was fast and they are new in the packaging. I may just pick up more to give to relatives this next Christmas to have around the house instead of cheap crappy 3xaaa dollar store lights most people have.
