If you do not want the haze to "hang" about for an hour or more, try getting some "Smoke in a Can." It is used for testing smoke detectors. It is generally a bit less expensive, and evaporates more quickly than aerosol "hazers."

I use this when I just want to show off a beam or if I need it for a quick "beam shot." If I want longer lasting haze, I use a fogger. If you consider the price of aerosol haze, you can usually pick up a small fog machine for the price of a couple of cans ;) A fog machine is more trouble, but it is much less expensive.

Also, incense works and smells nicer too ;)

Peace,
dave
