Why would anyone wanna buy this? I mean you can build it yourself for about $50. I dunno I know you have one Timelord and thats cool but I cant see paying so much for something you can build for a fraction of that price.

I agree mate and I'm the lucky one as my girlfriend brought it for $150, Shortly after the man Plazmatron (who makes these) joined our forum & probabably realised he could get more money for them. And good luck to him too ;)

Because some people might not be able to build one for $50! Even DDL blew a few of his blu-ray diodes building his blu-ray laser. $150 is a very very good price really and is on par with what DDL is offering for his upgrade to module.

Good luck for all the upcoming blu-ray projects!

I do feel very fortunate to have a blu-ray laser now they are totally captivating to look at :cool:
