Hi Folks,

By popular demand I've created a series of "Big Scary Laser" apparel and other items for sale at CafePress.com

Every item there is marked up by $5 which will be donated in full to Laser Pointer Forums for legal and hosting costs. I have created these designs purely on a volunteer basis and am not making a dime from their sale myself.

Because I'm using the free store template, I'm only allowed to display one type of each item. At present, all of the items have the large logo on the front, and where possible, the LPF logo on the back. The yellow shirt has the LPF logo and abadcaffienetrip's quote (attributed of course) on the back. I added in a great messenger bag for transporting your lasers in style as well.

I can edit the items on the store into other configurations in a week or two for those of you who would like smaller "pocket" logos and other variations, (like the quote on the back of the hoodie for amkdeath). Unfortunately CafePress does not have Black hoodies, so I when I hear back from Brunetto, I will create another Group Buy for those specifically and take orders for those.

Take a look at the items available now and if you want a variation, add your request to this thread and I will let you know what day your variation will be available on the site.

Cheers, and have fun shopping! Here's the URL: http://www.cafepress.com/bsl_gear

Hey! I'd love a black shirt with the LPF Logo and Brian's quote on the back.  :) Can you do those?

EDIT:
rawr. I didn't see your other post...  ;) nvm. Can you get the black shirts in "Fitted" also?

Thanks for all the work you're putting into this project. I'll be ordering soon. I can't wait to see the hoodies from Brunetto

Heyo! I've added a few more items to the store, a fitted shirt and a golf shirt.

Cafe Press is quite limited in what they allow you to do it seems. They won't allow printing on the back of any dark shirts and the fitted Ts and Golf shirts are white only. (but at least allow back printing) At least the standard T comes in 8 colours, which gives a few more options. I have enabled all the options for each product, so if you don't see the "More colors available" tag, what you see is all you can get. I'll have to use Brunetto for 2-sided black Ts as well.

EDIT: added URL http://www.cafepress.com/bsl_gear

Not a peep. I guess he's not interested because I wanted him to do the shipping to avoid duty at the border. I have some good vendors here in Toronto who are just as cheap, so I may actually have to get off my ass and go down there to get some prices. They have nice Zip-front hoodies as well as the full-front ones and that way I can see the merch to make sure the quality is good enough. I'm still waiting for my CafePress shirt & bag so I can report on their quality. There doesn't seem to be that much interest, so I'm sure I can handle a dozen or so shipments once I open a GB and get them done.

I got my yellow shirt and messenger bag as well today and they look great. This CafePress is pretty impressive. I'll leave the current selection of products up there for another week or so then ask the forum if there are any other variations that folks would prefer, like smaller logos on the fronts.

abadcaffeinetrip's quote on the back was a big hit with my workmates, too. :D

My shirts arrived today. Good quality. Nice looking. I guess now I'm covered against any liability claims, eh? :p

Hehehe... :) never thought of it that way. However, the warning would really only be accurate if you had already fried their other eye. I'm sure that some lawyer could find "fault" in such a situation. ;D

Glad you liked the stuff.
