Really? Holly crap. I'll have to ask them about it.

I didn't get my flashlight either and opened a claim tonpoint out to them that a ton of members on BLF and LPF didn't get their flashlights. They didn't seem to care and avoided the question, think it was Jessica. They refunded me and nevee heard back from them. I could care less about the penny since come on it was a penny.

BTW I have a laser just like it and it does 3-4mW.....only true undee 5mW laser I've seen for cheap (results may vary so test yours)

Didnt get my flashlight, or batteries and a friend of mine, who also ordered a flashlight, didnt get it either. I actually did complain about the flashlight and they said they would send a replacement...that was about a month ago and still nothing. So thats basically zero out of 4...

I wont be recommending them, or buying from them, in the future. Buyer beware!:toilet:

I don't blame you one bit. At least they are responding and giving refunds.

Sorry about that guys. I oddly haven't had a single issue with them...but it's clear to me now that this isn't the case with everyone else. I wonder what happened on their side that made them screw up on that so bad....

Like I said...I will ask them about that. I'd like to hear what they have to say.

My guess is...they didn't set a limit on the deal and way oversold what was feasable for them to actually deliver. The deal was posted on several sites and I know for a fact that they sold hundreds if not 1000+.

It seems to me that just about all Chinese websites are the same. They sell products that they don't actually have inventory for and get the items dropped shipped straight from the vendor...which is one of the reason why the prices are so cheap. They can't really help it if their vendor runs out of the goods....It's really a bad way to do business, but that's one of the risks you take when dealing with Chinese stores.

I've had these issues with Deal Extreme, Focal Price, China Direct, and Dino. I was really hoping that Tmart would be different.

Code has always been at check out. Looks like they are resending me a flashlight, didn't expect that one. If its from the us warehouse then should have it next week

SHipping is free. How long it takes can vary. Is it shipping from the USA Warehouse? It should say.

Tmart message me asking for the transaction number so they could send me the flashlight from forever ago. I gave them the number from my PayPal account. They say they have no record of the number. Lol at least they are trying (I guess)
