I emailed tech support here is the conversation. I asked if the item was returnable if it tested below 270mW and this is there response.

"Dear sir,
The LP035G can be returned to us for refund if tested 270mW, but we
donnot refund the postage you send it back to us.

Any questions, pls contact again.

Who has a LPM meter that wants to test the unit preferably in Hong Kong so I can ship it to you then have you check it. And ship to me or return pending test? It would be nice to know if this was a decent unit.

just bought one well see if its legit or not. I contacted live help and they told me it was out of stock as of now.

Yea thats what i was worrying about
i talked to them and made sure it was >270mw... but i can't confirm whether it how long it will stay 270mw

Yes it left hong kong on 11th so it should be here around 18-20th of december.
Thanks for waiting! I hope customs don't see it!!!

now is probably the best time to order lasers - the postal workers are probably flooded with all kinds of christmas/holiday stuff right now :D

Ok Guys i received my laser!!!
:-[ However it is not exactly the same as the pictures on the site. It has a fatter head than the battery side.
And it is pure black.
Out of the box it doesn't burn. But with the batteries fully charged it is a monster
Tested it:
Results = 235 mw minimum
= 276mw max
