Characteristic:
Visible light: 445±10nm
Multi Mode
high temperature operation 50
high reliability for 5000h life time

It's a 445 diode not a 405. I wouldn't buy from them personally...

Sorry, got ahead of myself. Gee, everything said 405nm until you scroll right down to characteristics. I got too excited

Thanks for clearing that up

No probs. Btw if you are looking for a high powered 405... the highest powered 405 available is the 12x blu-ray diode. They have been pushed to 1W but You can get away with 700-800mW easily.

BOBLASER is great if you want a crap laser and worse customer support (and are not in a hurry getting it)-- Want a good deal??? buy one made by a member-(with a good rep. of course)

my 2 cents

I bought a 5mW 405nm from Boblaser to compare to one of the ones my supplier sent me and it turned out it wasn't that much worse (read: "less overspec"). From what I've seen they're not bad for cheapo lasers but not all that great for anything over ~50mW..
