the problem is they have understand to do a replacement and not a refund...
they have also write a RMA with this.

If you paid with paypal you can threaten a paypal dispute. If you paid by CC, you can threaten a chargeback. That is assuming they aren't holding to their policies. I think there's a full return/refund period, were you still within that?

Once/if you can get a refund, check out this post :p http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1198054189/0
You may find the deals in this bit of shameless-self-promotion to be quite enticing.
Yeah, I have heard a lot of stories about people sending stuff back to Wicked and them refusing to give a refund.......generally a simple paypal dispute gets them a little jittery. Credit Card dillemas tend to work better though as it is pretty serious to rip someone off via CC. If they wanted to though they could give you a hard time-they are in China which makes they can pretty much do anything they want.......

The problem they have is that their lasers arent exactly 100% cheap nor 100% flawless..... the only thing they have going for them is their name. Most people identify Wicked as the main competitor and they themselves claim to own 80% of the laser business......

I dont know how factually accurate that is but i wouldnt bet a hefty amount against it either.

But yeah-if they refuse file dispute.
