Where to get TRUE 100mW-200mW modules/lasers that are affordable.

It seems you can't trust ANY menufactures when it comes to ratings unless you're willing to pay several hundred dollars.

I'm wondering where I can get a module that is ACTUALLY 100-200mW (or higher) and will have good life. I would like the price to be OK too... but right now I'm not sure what affordable modules can be trusted for power. Hopefully the power is visible green and not alot of stray IR.

I have a 5mW pointer, and it's great at night in the dark, but I want to make a few Kryton Grooves (12X BR, 1.2W 445, LOC red, and a comparable green). I like building my own hosts so I'm hoping for just a module, but I will take complete laser suggestions too.

But I would reather opt for a Module.

Modules are not cheap $200 and above

I guess whichever is cheaper then... as long as it's of decent power.
