What's up with O-Like nowadays?

Hi LPF, this is my first post on the forums.

So after browsing around for a bit, I've heard bad and good stories about O-Like. I wanted to purchase maybe this or this one, but I can't decide which one. Could someone help me choose between these?

Also, I saw they only accept CC's, and I want to pay with paypal. I sent them a message, and he responded that he'd make an invoice for me to pay. It seems kinda fishy and all, has anyone recently made a purchase on their site? How'd it go?

Thanks in advance for helping me out! I think I'll be staying on the forums for a long time, because there's a lot of interesting info on here. Also, you guys seem very helpful and knowledgeable on a lot of threads. Excuse me for my English, I know it's not the best but I'm sure you guys get what I'm saying.

Lol, I never even purchased anything, and they also didn't answer my last question.

I guess I'll pass on O-Like and buy from a member on-site, let's see how it goes.

I got shafted by O-like (Susie.) I had to pay the return shipping about 4 years ago for a $400 532nm that arrived and only produced a extremely weak beam.
I would never buy from her again.

I just bought from them through the same process. I sent my PP email and they imediately sent the bill. Once paid however all contact with them ceased and I had to start a dispute before they could be bothered to answer. All I was after was a confirmation that they had recieved the money and that they had shipped (all products were actually in stock at the time of ordering). Well about 8 days later I gave up trying to get a response and as my order was still pending on their website I decided I would just cancel it and order elsewhere - at the sametime I filed a dispute...Within an hour or so they sent a reply telling me that they had shipped blahblahblah. They then sent the tracking info 2 days later when they actually posted it...Anyway the items did arrive in the end, so I canceled the dispute.

It seems like they are just interested in getting your money and then dont give a damn. Without the dispute Im not sure where we'd be now. They really have a lot to learn about customer service. Hope this helps :beer:

Is that a triple post I see ! Haha, I agree they just want your money then they turn there back on you, many people have had similar experiences, cant say I have bought from olike, I was involved in a GB for lens from them but that went alright

Triple posting is a tactic some use to make there post appear in other users "new posts" link.
He however may not be doing this.

About the triple post, I forgot there was an 'edit' button so I just posted my thoughts right after they entered my head haha. My post was at the top all the time since this forum isn't THAT active (I came from another forum which gets around 50 new posts a minute)

by the way; I purchased the laser 303 from ebay just for the heck of it, seems like a good overspec start.
