What laser should I get?

I am looking for a green laser as close to 555nm as possible and preferably 150mw< with a focusing lens and lock so it follows FAA regulations. I am looking to spend under or close to $100 (Like up to $120 is fine). I want to use it for beam pointing, burning, and pointing at things far away i.e. about 1-20 miles away. It would be really cool to use it for pointing at thing on the ground in a small plane (Mind you I said FROM a small plane NOT at one) the plane would fly at 3000-5000 feet. Thanks

Almost perfect however a. Its out of stock and b. It does not have a lock which isn't a HUGE deal however it may cause some problems when going through airport security... It is a small airport and there is no security however if I wanted to go to an intl airport it would cause a problem. When does Lazerer usually get lasers back in stock ?

Why is this laser LZGN - 532nm 200mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer more exoensive than this one LZCS - 532nm 200mW Focusable Green Laser Pointer ?
