Ok so im from the US and want to buy the 5mW green laser (most powerful one you can buy here right?). I was wondering if there is a difference between the different brands? Or should i just buy the cheapest one on ebay?? I want the best bang for my buck but dont wish to spend over $30 USD...Thanks for your help!

Don't buy them from ebay. If you want a good 5mw green and live in the US you should just buy one from the local RadioShack. No shipping charges and you get it fast.

A VERY large amount of ebay green lasers are scams and most of them don't have an IR filter making them too dangerous for general indoor usage and pointing.anaki26 said:

The best 5mw green lasers I have found are the ones from Atlas Nova, there on the web and also ebay; ya I know ebay is bad BUT Atlas Nova is not. It's a real company that you can call and talk with on the phone, very nice gentleman that runs it, and his products and service are top notch....just do a search and you'll be all set.anaki26 said:
