The build was somewhat a pain, since it was so small, and I tried an assembly that ended up working perfectly, so sadly I don't have any pictures, but here
is an AMAZING paint drawing :na:

Short duty cycles, since the Osram PLP520-B1 diodes get hot fast and there is no real heatsink :san:





The flashlight is twist on, untwist off, so no switch, only 2 pieces, one to hold the battery, then the front end!





Here's the best beam, shot I could get during the day lol, will try and get a better one once its dark

That's tiny ! I bet it does heat up FAST. I just built one with a small heat sink and the run time is pretty short. Good job getting a diode stuffed in it though ! :beer:
