Creating multiple threads = bad. And you can't buy any laser pointers over 5mW in the United States at any store.

If you mean credit card...

Find a friend who has a credit card or paypal give him money and ask him to order for you.

Keep in mind though, 200mW is a lot of power, you will need to order goggles for yourself as well as anyone else you want to show the laser to indoors.

Also keep in mind that if you hit someone in the eye with it, or even with a reflection, you're gonna be paying for it for the rest of your life.

Just in case it's not obvious, I'm trying to scare you so that you read some more about proper laser safety.

I have a credit card but, in my country of origin you need to issue something different called an "internet card" because the regular credit card doesnt work with the internet. Silly huh... anways yeah im coming to the US soon thats why I was asking. Is there a way when I arrive at the US I can make a quick debit card or something that allows me to order online do you know of anything? And the Laser should only damage the eyes if it hits someones eyes directly right? not like if ur just looking at it where its pointing somewhere else am I correct? That being said it brings me to my final question I want to buy a good quality laser for 100 dollars that can burn and is bright and preferably green :D Thanks for all the help guys

You're gonna have to research the rest yourself... but as for the following questions:

And the Laser should only damage the eyes if it hits someones eyes directly right? not like if ur just looking at it where its pointing somewhere else am I correct?

NO:twak:

A high powered laser will damage eyes most from a direct hit. You can also do serious damage from a reflection... say from a mirror or anything very glossy/shiny.

High powered lasers are also dangerous because of specular reflections - basically reflections from things not normally thought of as reflective, for example white walls. If you were to look at the dot of a high powered laser on a wall up close, depending on the laser, you could damage your eyes.

Lasers are fun, but very dangerous toys. Treat a high powered laser as you would a small caliber handgun, at least when it comes to eyes. Read the stickies in the Safety section.

That being said it brings me to my final question I want to buy a good quality laser for 100 dollars that can burn and is bright and preferably green :D Thanks for all the help guys

You're gonna have to either increase your budget or narrow what you're looking for.

A burning RED laser can be bought for well under a hundred dollars, however it will not be highly visible.

A Green laser in the $100 budget will be the most visible, but is not that great, or safe for burning.

You can find some blue lasers under $100 on this forum, they offer a fair compromise in visibility and burning.

FOR ALL OF THESE YOU ALSO NEED TO FACTOR IN THE COST OF SAFETY GOGGLES!

So aside from a red laser everything else is not possible with a $100 budget.

Ok lets put the burnign aside I want a nice green visible laser that can point at stars and stuff at night like a clear green beam really is what I want. This is what I narrowed it down to so what can I get. I mean i thought of the 95mw dragnlaser or an e2-e3 wicked laser... but I dont know whats good...

Forget about wicked lasers. The lasers are notoriously overpriced and underspec, delivery times are absolutely horrible. I mean 3 months+

Dragon Lasers is a reputable company. 95mW of 532nm (green) would be very visible at night.

Another couple of companies you may want to take a look at: o-like and rayfoss.

O-like seems to have a better reputation at the moment. Honestly, strictly for pointing at night, 50mW is more than enough. For astronomy, over 30mW is overkill.

None of those will be able to ship out that fast. Not even with expedited shipping.

You could try contacting optotronics.com, company is based in the US. It's run by http://laserpointerforums.com/members/bootleg2go/

Your best bet is probably to find someone to work with, who is in your country already(where are you from anyway?) or to work something out with someone selling in the B/S/T(buy sell trade) section of the forum.

Uhm... If lasers are banned in your country... You should be careful bringing one back. Would suck to get a laser to just have it taken away.

You may be able to also work something out with lpf member Garoq - SurvivalLaser.com

The reason I mention him is that he sells laser kits, which can be assembled with ease, and without soldering, but don't actually come as assembled lasers, so you might be able to import the parts legally...

Lets say I buy this assembly:

DIY 1,150mW 445nm Laser Host Assembly

Does something like this have everything included, also will this pass through customs? I think they would still recognize it as a laser. Im no expert thats the problem and I dont no how I could set one up myself to be honest. But this kit looks self explanatory...

You will never be guaranteed to bring a kit into your country, but building your own is "highly" advisable. There is no better feeling than owning your own build. Welcome to LPF and be sure to wear appropriate laser eyewear. :)
