Just noticed this also, the Laserland 520 thats on the way agreed may be your best bet.
Members have LPMed them at 6mw or 7mw. No IR and focusable.
As close as it gets to what your looking for..

if you like a real <5mw just got to the dollar store and get a 650nm for $1 :poke:
