Rayfoss RF 532-200mW-FLX

Finally got this in the mail. When I turn it on the laser flashing bright then dim over and over. I tried this with two different batteries and get the same results. Any thoughts? I can't imagine its normal and I dread the thought of having to send this back.

Hmm,... I guess not.

It's not likely a common occurrence, or people would chime in.
But, if it is "flashing" at all, it's possibly a problem with a connection somewhere or a problem with the driver board. I would take video and send that to Faona (Rayfoss) and ask about a return. I'm sure she will be happy to accommodate.
What kind of 18650's are you using? Protected? Full charge (~4.2v)?
