O-Like 150Mw laser pen doesn't burn?! Dirty lens?

Hi Guys,
I just today recieved my 150Mw O-Like in the mail and the first thing I did was put new and fresh Duricells in. (AAA) when I go to light a match (colored black) it doesn't light, it only smokes. The lens came to me kinda dirty and I was wondering if that has anything to do with it. Should I clean it with alcohol and Q-Tips? Here are some pics of the laser and the dot. Thanks!:san:

It's normal. My 150mW green does light matches either. Try focusing the beam with a maginifying glass. That should do the trick.
