For sure. Maybe we can even expect 2W from these. Time / tests will show :)

2.4A to get 1.4W of green goodness sounds like one awesome pointer to me.

Was a little disappointed when I found it was 'only' about 1.4w max, then I remembered back years ago before the A140 diodes when 1w in a handheld was nearly impossible, let alone direct green. Very amazing how far these diodes have come in only a few years :) maybe these will be the A140 of the 520 wavelength

I got one coming in by 1/25 I got it from DTR to try ,I am going to put it in the mx900 gray host and copper heat sink. I may be the first to make one if DTR does not make one. I will try to get some photos out side in day light.
I would like to know what the most powerful green handheld is in the World right now ? I know wicked lasers has a 750mw for $999 I thank a 1.4W or 1.5W handheld would be a new world record ! I know of some fake 5000mw that are just 50mn I got a 800mw from China and it was 80mw just take off a 0 :crackup:

At first I thought that this is a bad joke, but looking closer at the sticker, it proves that it really is that strong!!




Afaik the strongest 532nm CNI is able to make in a normal handheld host is 1.2-1.3W. So if yours is outputting 1.5W, I think it safe to call it World Strongest Green Handheld Laser for your yt-channel ;)

You do know you have to take off a 0 right!!! It is running at 1.6A no way to get 8w /8000mw if you buy one I will test and give you 2x the money for it if it test out at 5w . or bet you $100 it will not test out over 1.2W:beer:
That is what I was talking a bout a lot of seller say their laser are stronger then they are ask DTR he know !

Fake laser web site make it hard on good people like DTR and others and me :) .People buy them and do not have a lpm to test, so they do not know they got robbed.

I metered mine with 1,5w+, check my signature :p
And i bet the Nichia is not coming close to ~0.9mrad

what did it cost you to make if I may ask?
Have you tested your LPM to see if it the same as some one on LPF? I did with the help of DTR and jetlasrs and they were the same ,If you do that will help you prove the power out that your get is real.I know when I got 3.5w out of a 445nm lot of people called me a liar so I proved them wrong .Not saying your lying but you may have a real world record for the green laser handheld and it would be nice to have some one back that up and you get the credit you deserve!!! A+
