My laser don't pop balloon anything !

Common hosts are being used, so while the insides may be completely different, the outside is identical. Also possible that the lasers being sold by companies like rayfoss and o-like are just higher performing ones that are cherry picked from large batches. (At least for some of their models.)

No 100 is capable of popping balloons. Or at least my 100mW module is able to

Without an LPM and an IR filter there is no telling how much IR being produced by your laser. Could make the difference in popping balloons or not.
