After investigating a bit around there I reached what seems to be the cheapest option. Buying a module and making your own laser.

What I want to know is if just buying some of these modules and putting it in a normal torch would make it run.

It's just that it seems to be so easy and cheap to be true!

Also, I've seen o-like modules, any other place? i've heard theres so much divergence and that modules under 200mW are not filtered :/

O-like modules do have slightly higher divergence than we like to see normally, but it's still not terrible. They are high-quality modules and are quite well built. Lasers under 200mW aren't all that dangerous in terms of IR. Normally I like to see all greens over 50mW have IR filters, but truthfully even at 150-200mW the IR output is fairly low, but still a little dangerous. If you get one, just be careful!

www.z-bolt.com also sells green modules, but theirs are all IR filtered and they'll verify output before they send them to you. They are MUCH more expensive, though..

Well, yes and no. One major issue is that most torches have their case connected to battery negative, whereas most green modules have their case positive. Since you will want thermal contact between module and host, electrical contact is likely as well. This means you'll not only have to fit the module mechanically, but also have to find a way to fit the battery in reverse.
