If you got the money buy one, test it, and let us know. I'm sure it is powerful but I'm bettin average power will be far below 600mW.

I emailed the owner and surprisingly he has emailed me back a couple of times. The problem is that he claims the manufacturer does not have any details on the lasers??? I asked him if they were guarenteed to be at least the power stated and he said "I don't know". He did not have any detailed specs so I told him no thanks. :)

I don't think this really means anything, but they use the same "free shipping truck" icon that DX uses.

MrViper82, if you got the money get it?

What's their return policy? Can I just test it and then return it?
Or, can i test it, replace it with some cruddy red laser and keep the green for myself? Scam or be scammed people!

You could always buy it using your CC and do a chargeback if the laser is underspec and they don't let you return it. Then you get to keep the laser and your money.

That is some quality thread input.

Either way, that would be a pretty rad laser.

I'm not man enough to find out, though.

I actually own Maxson Technologies and I can assure you it's not a scam. It's a part time business..but anyway... I would love to get some experts opinion on this item. I have sold a few of them and there have been no requests for returns. BUT, that being said I do not have the equipment to test it. The manufacturer assures me it has a 5-watt pump diode, and the output is +/- 30mw.

But if anyone here would like to try it, and post results here I am willing to issue a coupon code for 40% off the purchase price for the 600, 500, and 400mw ones. Use this code: laserforum

As for the freeshipping truck, that is a stock graphic that volusion e-commerce system uses. I can change it if you want  ;D

If anyone can thinking of any information I should ask the manufacturer, post it here and I will find out.

Just a simple question....

At the price of the lasers you sell......... Why don't you have a Laser Power Meter to test and
guarantee the output of the Lasers before shipping.... :-?

It would be a great selling point and it would reassure any would be buyers...

Yea that would be helpful. The only one I've seen was very expensive. But, where can I find them?

Wow, nice. I actually probably will buy one of those.

Last time I goggled that, the ones I saw were 2000+ :-/ That kind of turned me off. I checked with a local manufacturing company that had some laser equipment but their meter would only go to around 10mw, I think. Anyway, it was much less than I needed.

There are quite a few members on this forum that have purchased one and
have posted reviews here...
As you can see... If the LaserBee I wasn't up to par... you and I would know it...
You could easily ask the members here how they like theirs... :-?

Ok. Thanks for the information!

Also, I was considering building some high powered lasers (200-500mw) that uses thermoelectric cooling/heating to keep the module at optimum temperature... to help with output stability and allow for continuous use...

Any thoughts on that?
