im looking for a high powered green . I just got my first 2 lasers a couple of weeks ago and im hooked! a dx 10mw green and a dx 200mw green . i have read that the high powered dx lasers are not that good. so what should i spend up to $ 300 on ?

Yes I agree, for that price go with Novalasers.
However if you want longer runtime you can get the Aries-50 from laserglow which runs in C cells and has a constant on switch.
