Looking for a good green module.

Im looking around for some high powered green modules for a host im making, anywhere between 300mw-500mw, however I can only find O-like with these modules, and im not even sure if they are any good as I cannot find any reviews on them:

Aside from O-like, is there anyone else who carries modules such as these?
and naturally, I would like to keep costs as low as possible, preferably <300$.
if so, any reviews anywhere? I cannot find anything.

Well, I guess I am too. Those would be neat. I've always wondered if those would fit nicely in a P60/D26 pocket.
